Through Evely’s Eyes is partnering with Points of Origin Counseling to offer a private Soma Flow experience exclusively for our caregiver community.
Soma Flow: Align & Release is a guided somatic wellness experience designed to support reconnecting to the body through intentional movement, grounding, reflection, breathwork, and nervous system awareness in a supportive community environment.
Facilitated through a holistic and trauma-informed lens, this experience encourages body awareness, emotional regulation, intentional release, self-reflection, and connection — with no prior movement experience required.
This intimate session may include:
Guided somatic movement and grounding practices
Nervous system regulation and body awareness exercises
